Financing Arranged for Salem, OR Red Lion Hotel

Premier Capital Associates, LLC arranged a rate and term refinance in the amount of $7,500,000 for the 150-unit, full-service Red Lion Hotel located at 3301 Market Street NE, Salem, Oregon. 

The new financing structure removes restrictive loan terms and provides for maximum financial flexibility in the near and long-term. The transaction also allowed a return of capital for property specific needs. In all, this transaction permitted hotel owners to take advantage of historically low rates and provided increased cash flow through lower loan payments. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
