Financing Arranged for Hermiston, OR Best Western Hotel

Premier Capital Associates, LLC has arranged a rate and term refinance in the amount of $3,170,000 for the 55-unit Best Western Hotel located at 2255 South Highway 395, Hermiston, Oregon. 

Financing was arranged under a long-term, fixed rate loan which took advantage of historically low rates. This provided the borrower increased cash flow through much lower loan payments. Terms and pricing were not disclosed.
